After 36 years of helping companies worldwide (across 95 countries), we were challenged as to why we are not helping local businesses. Thus, we have launched Business Boost aimed at SMEs locally (within 1.5 hours of Keith or myself).
Notably, as well as helping other companies, we have run several of our own companies - using our own money - across diverse industries (from beer distribution to vehicle tracking to cellular retail). We think this gives us a unique perspective.
We usually start by asking the company what is their 'point of pain'. All companies have something that is bothering them, which they either do not have the time or experience to fix.
Why did we call this Business Boost, not Business Development or Coaching or Growth ? • 'Business Development' tends to be associated with only sales & leads – Business Boost is far broader ! • Growth – Increasing the bottom line or improving procedures may be more important than growing sales. • Coaching – Katzenbar is happy to help implement improvements, not just talk about them !
Another key differentaitor is that we guarantee that the Boost will be more than double what the company pays us.
